About the role

• Analista de Negócios e Parcerias at LWSA managing partnerships and daily operations. Focused on onboarding and organizational initiatives for business growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Planning, organizing and monitoring partner onboarding and partnership program initiatives;
• Creating and updating timelines, status reports and documentation;
• Following up on requests with partners and internal teams;
• Organizing and executing partner activities and events (online and in-person);
• Continuously updating initiatives in management tools to ensure visibility, alignment and day-to-day execution;
• Acting as the operational focal point between partners and internal teams (Marketing, Product, Events);
• Planning and supporting the execution of partner events, managing timelines, checklists and coordination;
• Supporting cost control, contracts and procurement related to partnership initiatives and events.

Requirements

• Previous experience in project management, operations or related areas;
• Experience organizing and tracking multiple concurrent initiatives;
• Familiarity with project management and task organization tools;
• Good communication skills, with the ability to coordinate and build relationships with different stakeholders;
• Organized, analytical profile with a strong focus on execution and delivery tracking;
• Experience organizing corporate events, partner activities or commercial initiatives;
• Experience with partner ecosystems, channels or partner programs;
• Knowledge of, or certifications in, project management methodologies (Scrum, PMP, etc.).
