About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage the revenue cycle for a designated group of Partners and fee earners within the firm
- Hold regular meetings with Partners, fee earners and Attorney Support Specialists to review Work in Progress (WIP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) and determine the most appropriate course of action
- Ensure that all processes and systems in the revenue lifecycle comply with applicable internal and external regulations and legislation (knowledge of VAT requirements is essential)
- Provide ad hoc support to billing assistants, identify training needs and coordinate necessary steps with the Supervisor
- Produce ad hoc reports and analyses
- Assist with year-end closing and reporting as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment, including exposure to billing and collections, VAT and disbursements
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
