Responsibilities
Directly assist attorneys in the Finance & Capital Markets practice
Provide global team support across a range of administrative responsibilities
Support attorneys with client intake tasks, including processing conflicts of interest and new business intake forms
Monitor attorney time entries to ensure compliance with firm standards
Edit and post client invoices
Follow assigned attorneys’ preferences when handling expense reimbursements, calendaring and scheduling, document management/edits, and travel arrangements
Maintain confidentiality of firm and client-protected information
Work in a global team environment using a real-time work ticketing system (ServiceNow)
Requirements
Relevant experience in a legal or professional services environment preferred
Advanced level in Microsoft Word; intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
