Responsibilities
Ensure proactive monitoring of production and non-production environments.
Handle Level 1 and Level 2 incidents and open support tickets as required.
Perform initial diagnostics, apply standard procedures, and escalate issues when necessary.
Implement dashboards to monitor environments and production plans.
Collaborate with IT managers to resolve incidents, monitor service quality, and implement technical changes.
Contribute to updating operational documentation and monitoring instructions.
Requirements
Experience in technical support or IT operations (L1/L2).
Knowledge of ticketing tools such as JIRA and GLPI CMDB.
Knowledge of Linux (RHEL), Windows, monitoring environments (Nagios/Centreon), and scripting tools (Bash, PowerShell).
Data integration and design of interactive dashboards using the ELK stack / Kibana / Grafana.
Availability to participate in on-call or preventive support activities.
French (B2 level minimum).
