About the role

  • Receive and conduct initial review of vendor invoices.
  • Reconcile vendor Statements of Account (SOAs).
  • Assist in preparing and sending payment advice.
  • Scan and properly file financial and administrative documents.
  • Summarize details of Travel Allowance (TA) liquidation invoices.
  • Support communication of TA review findings.
  • Assist in the preparation of Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) returns.
  • Prepare supporting tax schedules and documentation.
  • Perform other relevant administrative and finance-related tasks as assigned.
