Responsibilities
Own and grow your own portfolio of high-value studios and publishers
Drive the full sales cycle — from prospecting and first pitch to negotiation, closing, and long-term account ownership
Work closely with Campaign Managers and Customer Success to create high-impact influencer campaigns that deliver real value
Represent Lurkit at industry events, conferences, and game launches
Navigate negotiations, budgets, and commercial agreements with decision-makers
Continuously refine how we sell, sharing insights and improving our sales playbook as we scale
Requirements
A confident communicator who loves presenting, pitching, and handling objections
Experience in sales, media, or communication where creating interest and closing deals is part of your daily work
