About the role

  • Account Manager responsible for driving new business and expanding partnerships in gaming influencer marketing at Lurkit. Seeking a sales-oriented individual with a passion for gaming.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow your own portfolio of high-value studios and publishers
  • Drive the full sales cycle — from prospecting and first pitch to negotiation, closing, and long-term account ownership
  • Work closely with Campaign Managers and Customer Success to create high-impact influencer campaigns that deliver real value
  • Represent Lurkit at industry events, conferences, and game launches
  • Navigate negotiations, budgets, and commercial agreements with decision-makers
  • Continuously refine how we sell, sharing insights and improving our sales playbook as we scale

Requirements

  • A confident communicator who loves presenting, pitching, and handling objections
  • Experience in sales, media, or communication where creating interest and closing deals is part of your daily work
  • A genuine interest in gaming — and curiosity for how games succeed commercially
  • A self-driven mindset with the ability to manage your own pipeline and priorities
