Responsibilities
Define and evolve the global strategy for the digital product portfolio for News and Sports, aligned with the corporate vision and goals;
Establish the strategic role of each product (core, growth, adjacencies, innovation);
Continuously assess the portfolio's competitive positioning and market relevance;
Implement and lead portfolio performance governance, with clear evaluation criteria and strategic guidance on product lifecycle, risk assessment, dependencies and trade-offs;
Prepare and run executive forums for decision-making, alignment and follow-up;
Lead and develop coordinators, specialists or analysts in strategy and portfolio management;
Promote a culture of systems thinking, value focus and strategic accountability.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields. Postgraduate degree or MBA in Product Management, Strategy or Business is desirable;
More than 10 years of experience in digital products, with a focus on portfolio strategy and governance;
Experience in B2B and B2C environments, with an understanding of monetization models and performance metrics;
Up-to-date with national and global digital and content market trends;
Knowledge of agile methodologies and discovery/delivery practices;
Strategic vision and analytical capability for data-driven decision making;
People leadership skills and the ability to influence in multidisciplinary environments;
Focus on innovation, user experience and driving business value;
Clear communication and management of internal and external stakeholders.
