About the role

  • Join Luminor as a Senior Portfolio Analyst in Tallinn. Focus on Credit Risk responsibilities and contribute to developing best practices for risk management.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively participate in the identification and assessment of risks in the Credit Risk area
  • Contribute to development and deployment of the best practices for Credit Risk reporting and management on a portfolio level
  • Design, develop and automate insightful credit risk reports using Power PI and related data tools
  • Document reporting processes, data logic and report structures
  • Analyse data to identify increased risk exposures
  • Perform regular review of credit process effectiveness
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and Credit Risk controls
  • Provide input for various reports

Requirements

  • Experience working within Risk, Finance or other related area with risk or financial data, including using business intelligence tools
  • Higher degree in Economics, Business Management, Risk Management, Finance or another related subject
  • Excellent data processing skills and experience with Excel and business intelligence tools, experience with SQL is advantageous
  • Good understanding of the Credit Risk framework
  • Strong in problem solving, superior analytical skills, accuracy and ability to make independent decisions with sound and objective arguments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to visualize and report insights creatively in a variety of formats to various stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Time management, high commitment to achieve results and meet set goals
  • Readiness to contribute with a high level of energy and positive attitude
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
