About the role

  • Junior Sales Manager responsible for generating leads and qualifying prospects for Lumiform's sales team in Berlin. Collaborating with Account Executives and engaging with potential customers in a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll play a crucial role in Lumiform’s success by being responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings for the Account Executive team.
  • Identify inbound leads and understand their needs and pain points.
  • Reach out to users via phone, email, and social media to educate them on Lumiform’s software and schedule meetings for the Account Executives team.
  • Manage and organize leads in our CRM system, update information, and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Continuously educate yourself on Lumiform’s application, industry trends, and best practices for sales development.

Requirements

  • MUST HAVES: You are native in German AND fluent in English - both written and verbal.
  • You want to work and grow in sales! Don't hesitate to apply if you don't have experience in software sales.
  • You are already located in Berlin and ready to visit the office 3 times a week.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with potential customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are resilient, and objection handling is one of your strengths.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of collaboration and accountability.
  • Passion for technology, startups, and sales.
  • GOOD TO HAVES: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales development or an inside sales role, preferably in a software-as-a-service (SaaS) environment.
