About the role

  • Account Manager driving growth and expanding client relationships for a Berlin-based SaaS company. Responsible for sales growth and maintaining customer connections within existing accounts.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for driving revenue growth within our existing customer base.
  • You push expansion forward and uncover additional opportunities and buying centers.
  • You independently identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • You deepen existing relationships, win new stakeholders within accounts, and thereby expand our network.
  • You win back inactive customers.
  • You create proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • You convince customers in demos, webinars, and product presentations.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as an Account Manager, Sales Manager, Account Executive, or Inside Sales Manager; ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Native-level German and fluent English (both required).
  • Strong ability to identify customer needs and translate them into measurable results.
  • A "get-things-done" mentality, enthusiasm, and a confident presence.
  • Strong communication skills: you can present complex software in a simple and understandable way.
  • Organized, analytical, and independent, while being consistent and persistent in achieving goals.
  • KPI-driven mindset and a passion for delivering real business impact.
  • Experience running customer trainings, workshops, or webinars.
