Requirements
2–5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally in a high-growth startup.
Strong sourcing skills and creative approach to finding top talent.
Experience recruiting for roles like software engineers, product managers, and data scientists.
Ability to own roles end-to-end with minimal oversight.
Great communication, judgment, and candidate closing skills.
Deep interest in AI, technology, and building early-stage teams.
Organized, fast-moving, and excited about making hiring a strategic advantage.
