Responsibilities
Relationship management: Support and development of hotel partners with a focus on satisfaction, retention and growth.
Conduct onboarding and training.
Identify and successfully execute cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Analyze KPIs, usage and feedback to improve performance and partner success.
Support technical setup and ensure a smooth product implementation.
Actively contribute to the further development of the product and internal Account Management processes.
Work closely with Key Account Management, Support and Product teams.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in Account Management, Customer Success or Operations.
Experience in SaaS, hospitality tech or the hotel industry is a plus.
Proactive and outgoing personality.
Excellent communication skills in German and English.
Well organized and structured, able to maintain an overview even under pressure.
Data-driven with a strong affinity for software and digital tools.
Flexible and willing to work on-site at our customers' locations more frequently during intensive project phases.
