- Lead the Exchange Management function across UK and Europe
- Manage regional Exchange Managers to deliver resilient, high-quality data
- Act as escalation point for critical data incidents

- Conduct post-incident reviews with exchanges and internal teams
- Identify and mitigate UK and Europe risks
- Support Disaster Recovery implementation and testing

Requirements
- 7+ years leadership experience in exchange traded data
- Deep knowledge of real-time systems, exchange data, and LSEG products
- Executive-level communication; proven customer escalation management.
- Familiarity with LSEG risk & governance and practical implementation.
- Ability to influence across Product, Engineering, Strategy, and external exchanges.
