Responsibilities
Managing client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for Enterprise clients or acting as the client lead for Scale accounts
Driving account growth by identifying opportunities for new products, services, or initiatives and aligning Jellyfish's solutions with client business objectives
Ensuring operational excellence through effective project management, timely deliverables, and maintaining client health metrics
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and fostering a culture of innovation
Maintaining accurate client data in Salesforce and producing well-articulated briefs aligned with client goals
Staying current with industry trends and acting as a trusted advisor to clients, promoting Jellyfish as a forward-thinking partner
Requirements
4+ years of experience in Account/Client Management within an agency environment, working with B2B clients
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver clear, persuasive recommendations to clients and internal teams
Strong understanding of Google Marketing Platform tools: DV360, SA360, Google Ads, and GA360 from a strategic and planning perspective
Ability to translate client objectives into clear media briefs for activation teams across GMP platforms (DV360, SA360, Google Ads, GA360) and social media channels
Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with platforms like Google Analytics to optimise client outcomes and ROI
Strategic thinker with proactive problem-solving abilities, focused on anticipating client needs and driving results
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Solid business acumen to align solutions with client objectives and drive account growth
Provide strategic guidance to clients on programmatic, search, analytics, and social media advertising, leveraging a strong understanding of these platforms
