Responsibilities

  • Managing client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for Enterprise clients or acting as the client lead for Scale accounts
  • Driving account growth by identifying opportunities for new products, services, or initiatives and aligning Jellyfish's solutions with client business objectives
  • Ensuring operational excellence through effective project management, timely deliverables, and maintaining client health metrics
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and fostering a culture of innovation
  • Maintaining accurate client data in Salesforce and producing well-articulated briefs aligned with client goals
  • Staying current with industry trends and acting as a trusted advisor to clients, promoting Jellyfish as a forward-thinking partner

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Account/Client Management within an agency environment, working with B2B clients
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver clear, persuasive recommendations to clients and internal teams
  • Strong understanding of Google Marketing Platform tools: DV360, SA360, Google Ads, and GA360 from a strategic and planning perspective
  • Ability to translate client objectives into clear media briefs for activation teams across GMP platforms (DV360, SA360, Google Ads, GA360) and social media channels
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency with platforms like Google Analytics to optimise client outcomes and ROI
  • Strategic thinker with proactive problem-solving abilities, focused on anticipating client needs and driving results
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Solid business acumen to align solutions with client objectives and drive account growth
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients on programmatic, search, analytics, and social media advertising, leveraging a strong understanding of these platforms
