About the role
- Intern in Sustainability and Compliance for a leading logistics company in Germany. Gaining insights into sustainability management and regulatory management while building valuable skills.
Responsibilities
- Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung der gruppenweiten Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung sowie bei der zielgerichteten internen und externen Kommunikation
- Aktive Mitwirkung beim Aufbau eines gruppenweiten Rechtskatasters zur systematischen Erfassung und Bewertung regulatorischer Anforderungen
- Unterstützung bei der Aktualisierung und Weiterentwicklung der gruppenweiten CO₂e-Bilanz
- Mitwirkung beim Aufbau eines zentralen Datenmanagements und bei der Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität
- Unterstützung bei der strategischen Verankerung und Steuerung von Nachhaltigkeit innerhalb der Organisation und in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern
- Unterstützung bei der Konzeption und Durchführung von Schulungen und Trainings im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit und Compliance
Requirements
- Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Umwelt-, Rechts- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften bzw. einer natur- oder ingenieurwissenschaftlichen Fachrichtung
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen, idealerweise im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit oder im Umgang mit nachhaltigkeitsbezogener Regulatorik (z. B. CSRD), sind von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Word, Excel und Outlook
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Sie bringen sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. Niveau C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. Niveau B2/C1) mit
