About the role
- Product specialist for SAI360 GRC Application, performing configurations and enhancements. Supporting SMBC's integrated GRC activities with knowledge of risk management and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Provide application configuration and design services for SAI360 users.
- Conduct configuration design workshops and document functional designs.
- Configure the SAI Global applications based on agreed design.
- Develop and configure application enhancements to meet requirements specification.
- Design and configure reports and dashboards.
- Resolve issues during user acceptance testing phase.
- Provide formal customer training and product-related training to end-users.
Requirements
- 2+ years Web application experience with Java/Java Script, JSON, HTML, XML, Vue.js and SQL language.
- 1+ years experience with Power BI.
- General knowledge of GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) industry.
- Prefer experience with risk management, internal audit, internal control, information security and/or compliance software applications.
