About the role

  • Accounting professional responsible for accounts receivable management at Loxxess Pharma. Supporting financial operations through meticulous report preparation and payment processing.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation and independent processing of bank direct debits
  • Reconciliation and maintenance of balance lists
  • Processing and monitoring of open items
  • Planning and execution of regular dunning runs
  • Ongoing account maintenance and resolution of discrepancies
  • Preparation of monthly reports to support the month-end closing
  • Point of contact for inquiries from our clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training, ideally as an accountant or tax clerk
  • Solid knowledge and several years of professional experience in accounts receivable or financial accounting
  • Ideally, practical experience with SBS Rewe Neo
  • Proficient user of MS Office applications
  • Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (B1–B2), both written and spoken
