About the role

  • Field Provider Manager at Lowe’s managing relationships with Independent Service Providers across multiple markets. Conducting B2B meetings and overseeing service quality and provider performance.

Responsibilities

  • Own the relationship with the local Independent Service Providers (ISPs)
  • Conduct regular B2B meetings, reviewing program metrics and performance relating to the Independent Service Providers
  • Develops and discusses improvement plans as needed to meet service and quality goals
  • Manage the relationship and performance of the service provider network through direct interaction with the service providers and B2B meetings
  • Oversee service quality through regular interaction including jobsite inspections, service provider meetings, and reviewing customer satisfaction and capacity metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
  • 3 year's related industry experience (installation service or home improvement industry)
  • 3 year's demonstrated experience working with Independent Service Providers to deliver best in class customer experiences through oversight of program metrics
  • Active applicable Trade or Business License (e.g. General Contractor license, Lead Paint Certification)
