Responsibilities
Own the relationship with the local Independent Service Providers (ISPs)
Conduct regular B2B meetings, reviewing program metrics and performance relating to the Independent Service Providers
Develops and discusses improvement plans as needed to meet service and quality goals
Manage the relationship and performance of the service provider network through direct interaction with the service providers and B2B meetings
Oversee service quality through regular interaction including jobsite inspections, service provider meetings, and reviewing customer satisfaction and capacity metrics
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
3 year's related industry experience (installation service or home improvement industry)
3 year's demonstrated experience working with Independent Service Providers to deliver best in class customer experiences through oversight of program metrics
Active applicable Trade or Business License (e.g. General Contractor license, Lead Paint Certification)
