Requirements
5+ years of experience in CRO, digital optimization, or analytics-driven roles
Background in experimentation, A/B testing, and web analytics
Strong understanding of website content management systems, including major eCommerce platforms
Advanced statistical and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable optimization recommendations
Demonstrated ability to combine analytical rigor with creative problem-solving to drive performance improvements
Expertise with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital analytics and optimization tools
