About the role

  • CRO Team Lead driving on-site conversion and leading a team for a global online services company. Collaborating with various teams to cultivate experimentation culture and maximize data-driven impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of 3 CRO Specialists - cultivating a culture of curiosity, ownership, and data-driven excellence.
  • Own the experimentation strategy and implementation end-to-end: define priorities, set bold goals, run experiments and align with the Websites and Marketing team’s objectives.
  • Drive the on-site revenue engine from ideation to execution, with an optimization roadmap that shapes the company’s growth trajectory.
  • Analyze and translate data into stories - uncover behavioral insights, identify conversion bottlenecks, and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, marketing, development, and data teams to deliver seamless, high-performing user experiences.
  • Champion experimentation culture - encourage curiosity, learning, and transparency through well-documented results and shared insights.
  • Stay ahead of the curve - apply the latest CRO methodologies, consumer psychology insights, and AI-driven optimization tools to keep Hostinger a global leader in performance and growth.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on CRO experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or mentorship role.
  • **Expert in A/B testing, UX, and consumer behavior**, improving conversion and user experience in fast-paced digital environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to **lead, mentor, and inspire** a team - fostering growth, accountability, and creative problem-solving.
  • Strong **strategic and business mindset**, able to link experimentation goals with overall company growth metrics.
  • Excellent **communication and stakeholder management** skills - you’re as comfortable collaborating with developers as you are presenting to executives.
  • Data-driven and proactive; you know when to move fast, when to go deep, and how to balance quick wins with scalable impact.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing or paid acquisition strategies is a plus.
  • Thriving in an environment of autonomy and speed - ready to push boundaries and lead by example.
