Responsibilities
Monitor data analyses to identify opportunities for conversion rate optimization.

Collaborate with the Marketing and Design teams to develop and implement optimization strategies.
Continuously monitor test performance and resulting optimizations.
Stay up to date on best practices and trends in conversion rate optimization and apply them to continuously improve strategies.
Requirements
Proven 2 years' experience in CRO.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make decisions.
Experience conducting A/B tests.
Results-oriented: performance-focused mindset and emphasis on measurable success.
Proficiency with tools: Unbounce (or alternatives) and Google Analytics.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript (not required).
Ability to work independently and proactively.
Fluent English.
