Responsibilities
Lead strategic prospecting and pipeline development for high-value clients
Deliver sophisticated product demonstrations aligning Found's capabilities with client needs
Own and execute the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise deals
Negotiate complex contracts and commercial terms with senior stakeholders
Cultivate strategic, long-term partnerships with key clients
Mentor and support junior members of the sales team
Partner with the Customer Success team to architect seamless onboarding experiences
Drive market intelligence and provide strategic insights to the Product and Commercial teams
Requirements
Substantial experience in B2B SaaS sales
Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota
Deep expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
