About the role

  • Senior Account Executive driving new business acquisition and revenue growth for Lottie's CRM platform. Leading commercial strategy, engaging clients, and mentoring sales team members in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic prospecting and pipeline development for high-value clients
  • Deliver sophisticated product demonstrations aligning Found's capabilities with client needs
  • Own and execute the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise deals
  • Negotiate complex contracts and commercial terms with senior stakeholders
  • Cultivate strategic, long-term partnerships with key clients
  • Mentor and support junior members of the sales team
  • Partner with the Customer Success team to architect seamless onboarding experiences
  • Drive market intelligence and provide strategic insights to the Product and Commercial teams

Requirements

  • Substantial experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota
  • Deep expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence
  • Strong commercial acumen, including contract negotiation
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities
  • Natural collaborator who thrives working cross-functionally
  • Self-directed and entrepreneurial
