About the role

  • Manager relations clients managing client relationships and team performance for a logistics outsourcing company. Responsible for service levels and contractual compliance with clients.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the commercial relationship with one or more clients, and you optimize results and the resulting working capital (WCR).
  • You ensure operational follow-up and oversee the management of the team.
  • You manage the client relationship and ensure contract compliance (Purchasing, Logistics, Quality, Operations).
  • You are responsible for the contractual service level to be delivered through dashboards presented monthly to the client, in particular via:
  • · KPIs and productivity
  • · Compliance with On-Time Delivery (OTD)
  • · Price/cost performance
  • · Dispute management
  • You are responsible for internal service levels through the key indicators of each team member, notably:
  • · Acknowledgment rate on supplier orders
  • · Number of orders per month
  • · Anomaly rate
  • · Number of orphaned goods receipts/delivery notes
  • · Monitoring of unpaid invoices
  • You manage a team and may occasionally support them with order placement when needed.
  • As part of following up actions with your clients, you may be required to travel occasionally.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Minimum 8 years of management experience
  • English (written and spoken) preferred
