About the role

Responsibilities
- Support WCIB and Derivative groups relationship managers, portfolio managers, and sales traders for existing and new customer relationships.
- Support FX, Commodities and Rates teams to design derivative limits, duration, risk analysis and portfolio management in conjunction with business lines.
- Evaluate credit worthiness, monitoring exposures across clients and asset class/business groups and supporting risk models and frameworks.
- Manage the portfolio to identify risk, trends, adherence to policy, procedures, guidelines, etc.
- Participate and contribute to the RFP response process for customer opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting or other related field
- 10 or more years of banking experience
- Three or more years of management experience
- Strong leadership abilities and strategic management skills
- Thorough knowledge of division and relation to industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Considerable tact, diplomacy and people skills
