Responsibilities

  • Operational management of the restaurant and joint responsibility for budget and personnel planning
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in preparing the business performance report (BWA)
  • Monitor and ensure all standards related to personnel, inventory and quality management in the restaurant
  • Ensure smooth operations across all restaurant stations
  • Responsible for delivering the perfect L'Osteria experience in the restaurants

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or substantial experience in gastronomy or hospitality
  • Extensive knowledge of budget and personnel management
  • Service-oriented with strong organizational skills
