About the role
- Analyst responsible for developing Supply Chain relationships with top clients at L'Oréal. Focusing on customer satisfaction and optimizing the order-to-cash process.
Responsibilities
- Develops the Supply Chain relationship with our top-priority and priority clients to better meet their expectations (service, lead times, commercial inventory, projects, etc.)
- Contributes to optimizing the order-to-cash cycle by addressing business factors (e.g., price disputes, returns) with Sales
- Overall responsibility for customer satisfaction. Single point of contact between the Division and the Multidivision Customer Service team
- Ensure optimal supply across the chain by working together with the client, Commercial team, and Supply to guarantee end-to-end service excellence through monitoring inventory availability indicators and managing collaborative projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
- Advanced Excel
- Experience with Supply Chain KPIs (Coverage, Fill Rate, InStock, Turnover)
- Experience in customer relationship management or Supply
- Experience presenting to clients at management/director level
- Power BI (preferred)
- English (preferred)
