About the role

• Join GSK’s Supply Chain Degree Apprenticeship Programme to gain skills for planning and delivering medicine. Collaborate in operational activities while studying for a BSc in Supply Chain Management.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply the best practices in inventory management, demand and supply planning and logistics operational activities.
• Coordinate the end-to-end supply chain process from sourcing and procurement, label creation, packaging, distribution and delivery of materials and medicines, including warehousing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a timely and smooth flow of medicines and materials, meeting customer demands and regulatory requirements.
• Plan and execute operational activities such as production scheduling, packaging, and labeling.
• Use data for analysis and reporting to support decision making and process optimization.
• Contribute to implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Participate in projects related to sustainability, cost reduction, and process improvement.

Requirements

• Motivated individuals with a willingness and enthusiasm to learn.
• Must have/be predicted three A levels at CCC or above or equivalent.
• GCSE Mathematics and English (grade A*-C / 9-4) or equivalent.
• Written and spoken fluency in English.
