Responsibilities
- Het opvolgen van transportorders en updates hiervan
- Bij problemen of vragen van vervoerders mbt het transport, verwijs je steeds naar de juiste persoon en probeer je deze mee op te lossen.
- Je controleert of onze goederen goed tot bij de klant zijn geraakt.
- Het continue opvolgen van mails doorheen de dag.
- Nakijken van facturen.
- Je denkt mee na over verbeteringsprojecten.
Requirements
- Bij voorkeur heb je een eerste ervaring in een administratieve/logistieke functie.
- Je hebt een echte hands-on mentaliteit.
- Je denkt oplossingsgericht.
- Repetitief werk schrikt jou niet af.
- Je bent vloeiend in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel geschreven als gesproken. Frans is een mooie extra.
