Responsibilities
Administrative support to ensure material availability, including data maintenance, status checks, and processing of order confirmations and delivery notes
Monitoring of material inventories, identifying discrepancies and forwarding them to the responsible contacts
Support in communication with suppliers and internal coordination with Planning, Quality Management, Ramp/Receiving and Purchasing
Maintenance and updating of material-related master data in SAP, performing basic system postings and monitoring system messages
Reviewing and processing incoming invoices, clarifying simple queries and ensuring a smooth invoicing flow
Requirements
Commercial or technical vocational training with further education in Supply Chain, Logistics or Production Management
Experience in administrative tasks; ideally in logistics, materials management or purchasing
Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel
Basic knowledge of SAP (MM module) is an advantage
