About the role

  • Field Marketing Coordinator supporting event marketing for Loop's post-purchase experience platform. Coordinating events and enhancing customer and partner connections across key regions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with large trade show coordination, creation, and implementation across AMER, UK, EU, and ANZ regions.
  • Source vendors and venues, and support contract management, F&B orders, shipping, A/V, signage, and on-site logistics.
  • Source, manage, and track swag and other printed event materials.
  • Manage pre- and post-event list uploads and scrubbing.
  • Coordinate event timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships.
  • Maintain clear internal communications around event updates and deliverables.
  • Manage multiple events at once, each at different stages from planning to completion.
  • Serve as occasional on-site support for events. (Travel expected: ~10-20%)

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or event coordination role (internships welcome!)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and time management abilities.
  • Comfort juggling multiple deadlines and stakeholders across time zones.
  • A proactive, team-first attitude with a desire to learn and grow in event marketing.
