Program Manager delivering large and complex IT programs for Long View in Dallas. Managing multiple IT projects ensuring alignment of scope, schedule, and budget with the existing Project Delivery Framework.
Responsibilities
Manage our PMOaaS offering and coordinate multiple related projects to achieve strategic business objectives
Support business justification development, contract negotiations and contract compliance
Provide oversight on project portfolios to achieve annual plans and metrics of success
Drive business rhythm across multiple teams to deliver commitments on time and at high quality
Facilitate program communications, identify and implement continuous improvement practices, and provide regular status reports as required
Implement change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure client approvals, and issue change orders
Assess change requests to determine impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk
Requirements
10+ years of combined PM and Program Management experience with a focus on large enterprise project upgrades and/or implementations
An enjoyment for both program and project level management
Ability to build relationships with your colleagues, stakeholders and project teams
An analytical mind and creative problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of change and problem management and ability to anticipate risks
Strong team-oriented mindset with the proven ability to lead on complex IT projects
