Community & Content Manager for local social media brands like stuttgartermeme and karlsruher.memes. Managing communities, content creation, and maintaining design standards in Stuttgart, Germany.
Responsibilities
Community management for three city channels: comments, DMs, and community communication
Content creation (everything except memes), primarily: Instagram Stories management (story structure, story layout, story interactions)
UGC handling: curate submitted videos/content and package them neatly into Stories
Polls and community formats via Instagram Story tools (Polls, Q&A, etc.)
Work with existing templates (Figma/Canva) and further refine them
Optional — big plus: editing Reels (fast, clean, high-quality)
Requirements
Strong eye for design, layout, and typography, demonstrable through work samples
Proficient in Canva and Figma
Plus: experience with CapCut, Kapwing (or similar) for Reels edits
Able to work independently, reliably, and quickly
Based in Stuttgart, Karlsruhe, or Munich (local presence is important)
Reachable and attentive so the channels are not left unattended (regularly monitoring Slack and the channels)
