Responsibilities
We're looking for a Brand & Content Manager who will own our voice, our content engine, and our organic presence.
Develop and enforce brand guidelines and tone of voice, ensuring the whole company lives them.
Content strategy across channels: blog, social, and email — covering all our markets.
SEO strategy and management of organic content performance.
Create health education content that makes complex science genuinely useful.
Produce creative briefs for paid and organic campaigns.
Coordinate content production with freelancers and agencies.
Requirements
A portfolio that demonstrates both strategic thinking and strong writing skills.
Solid understanding of SEO — not just keywords, but search intent and how content builds authority.
Ability to write about complex health topics in ways that are clear, useful, and never alarmist.
French native or near-native level, with professional proficiency in English.
Experience owning a brand in-house — not just executing someone else’s guidelines.
Nice to have: experience in health, wellness, or another regulated category.
Nice to have: multi-market content localization experience.
Nice to have: experience managing freelancers or a small content team.
Nice to have: familiarity with SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Webflow.
