Responsibilities
Plan, implement, and execute one-off campaigns and automated multichannel journeys (email, SMS, push, and WhatsApp).
Collaborate with the agency to create briefs for communication assets, ensuring deadlines are met and implementations are completed in the CRM platform.
Create and manage customer segments and define audiences based on behavioral and transactional data.
Conduct A/B tests and performance analyses to drive continuous improvement.
Monitor and analyze CRM strategy performance and generate strategic insights;
Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams.
Propose process improvements and new strategic CRM initiatives.
Prepare and present CRM performance results and strategic recommendations to internal teams in a clear, strategic manner.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed).
Strong experience in CRM with both strategic and operational responsibilities.
