About the role

  • Senior CRM Analyst at Realize CFI focusing on both strategic and operational CRM. Involves planning and executing multichannel campaigns across customers with tools like CRM and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and execute one-off campaigns and automated multichannel journeys (email, SMS, push, and WhatsApp).
  • Collaborate with the agency to create briefs for communication assets, ensuring deadlines are met and implementations are completed in the CRM platform.
  • Create and manage customer segments and define audiences based on behavioral and transactional data.
  • Conduct A/B tests and performance analyses to drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze CRM strategy performance and generate strategic insights;
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams.
  • Propose process improvements and new strategic CRM initiatives.
  • Prepare and present CRM performance results and strategic recommendations to internal teams in a clear, strategic manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed).
  • Strong experience in CRM with both strategic and operational responsibilities.
  • Solid knowledge of CRM tools/platforms.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of HTML.
  • Nice to have:
  • Experience with Oracle Responsys;
  • Knowledge of SQL;
  • Familiarity with Growth Marketing methodologies;
  • Experience with Paid Media;
  • Experience in retail and/or financial services.
