You manage the client relationship and ensure the contract is implemented across Purchasing, Logistics, Quality and Operations.
You are responsible for the contractual service level to be delivered, presented monthly to the client via dashboards, including: · Performance indicators and productivity · Compliance with OTD (On-Time Delivery) · Pricing performance · Dispute management
You are responsible for the internal service level through key indicators for each member of your team, including: · Acknowledgement rate on supplier orders · Number of orders per month · Anomaly/error rate · Number of orphaned goods receipts/delivery notes · Monitoring of unpaid invoices
You manage a team and can occasionally provide hands-on support with order placement when needed.
As part of following up on actions with your clients, you may be required to travel occasionally.
