About the role

  • Manager relations clients optimizing commercial relationships and team performance at LOGITRADE, a purchasing outsourcing company in Montpellier. Responsible for service levels, team management, and client relations.

Responsibilities

  • You manage the client relationship and ensure the contract is implemented across Purchasing, Logistics, Quality and Operations.
  • You are responsible for the contractual service level to be delivered, presented monthly to the client via dashboards, including: · Performance indicators and productivity · Compliance with OTD (On-Time Delivery) · Pricing performance · Dispute management
  • You are responsible for the internal service level through key indicators for each member of your team, including: · Acknowledgement rate on supplier orders · Number of orders per month · Anomaly/error rate · Number of orphaned goods receipts/delivery notes · Monitoring of unpaid invoices
  • You manage a team and can occasionally provide hands-on support with order placement when needed.
  • As part of following up on actions with your clients, you may be required to travel occasionally.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree preferred (Bac+5)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Minimum 8 years of management experience
  • English: spoken and written skills preferred
