About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead and support strategic initiatives that drive organizational efficiency, innovation, and growth
- Support senior leaders in defining and documenting objectives and key results (OKRs)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture data on friction points and perform root-cause analysis
- Establish and monitor KPIs for transformation initiatives
- Facilitate adoption of transformation initiatives through effective communication
- Work closely with functional leads to track integration milestones
- Lead or support the acquisition integration office
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Experience with analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau or SQL
- Expertise in transformation methodologies and change management
- Experience of working with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate cross-functional and matrix teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in M&A integration processes and operational alignment.
