Responsibilities
Lead and support strategic initiatives that drive organizational efficiency, innovation, and growth
Support senior leaders in defining and documenting objectives and key results (OKRs)
Collaborate with stakeholders to capture data on friction points and perform root-cause analysis
Establish and monitor KPIs for transformation initiatives
Facilitate adoption of transformation initiatives through effective communication
Work closely with functional leads to track integration milestones
Lead or support the acquisition integration office
Requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
Experience with analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau or SQL
Expertise in transformation methodologies and change management
Experience of working with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate cross-functional and matrix teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in M&A integration processes and operational alignment.
