Responsibilities
Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the site and maintain high quality of services delivered
Identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions
Co-develop, monitor and analyze the site’s operating expense budget
Ensure regular follow-up on client requests
Manage contract terminations and implement client care and retention measures
Collaborate to develop and deploy the site’s events calendar
Participate in tenders and supervise external service providers on a daily basis
Manage overall team schedules and support Management with general coordination
Requirements
Hospitality training or equivalent experience in a service-oriented environment
At least 2 years’ experience in operational roles
Excellent personal presentation and strong oral and written communication skills
Strong service mindset and client-focused attitude
Rigorous, responsive, and highly attentive to detail
Team coordination skills, ability to unite teams and create a positive collective dynamic
Good level of English recommended to work in an environment with an international client base
