About the role

  • Administrative analyst supporting maritime operations, managing training and certifications, ensuring legal compliance. Involved in performance monitoring and financial management in logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, schedule and monitor regulatory training for seafarers, liaising with vendors, employees and internal departments.
  • Manage training logistics to ensure employee participation.
  • Request, track, file and maintain up-to-date training certificates as corporate evidence.
  • Monitor, track and regularize certifications and Regulatory Standards (NRs), ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements.
  • Keep control systems and spreadsheets up to date (BlueOpex and internal databases), ensuring information reliability.
  • Serve as the focal point for Performance at Sea (PAM) processes, monitoring embarkations and disembarkations, and consolidating and validating data.
  • Prepare and update KPIs and dashboards in Power BI, proposing improvements and greater automation of area processes.
  • Monitor the seafarer pipeline, flag potential promotions and support management with data and analysis.
  • Support the administrative and financial management of the area, including control of logistics costs, training budgets and payment flows.
  • Prepare sea service declarations and other documentation required for submission to the Brazilian Navy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Human Resources Management or a related field
  • MBA
