- Head of IT Operations managing global IT operations for TOOLPORT Group. Responsible for IT-Operations leadership, infrastructure availability, and team development in a hybrid setting.
Responsibilities
- Design the global IT operations for the TOOLPORT Group
- As part of our internationalization, we are looking for an experienced leader to take responsibility for a stable, scalable and service-oriented IT operation for the corporate group:
- Overall responsibility for IT Operations (focus on M365) & IT Service Management
- Ensure availability, redundancy and further development of IT infrastructure (hybrid / cloud)
- Lead and develop the five-person IT Operations team
- Plan and implement software & hardware roadmaps
- Manage external service providers and define and monitor SLAs & KPIs
- Further develop and actively exemplify a sustainable service culture
Requirements
- You have a degree or vocational training in IT or a comparable qualification and many years of professional experience in IT infrastructure or application management.
- You have already successfully applied your leadership mindset in a leadership role.
- Technically, you bring deep expertise in cloud, security, networking, firewall, infrastructure and ITIL.
- You use agile methods and have the strategic thinking to align the technical infrastructure consistently with business goals.
- Personally, you are characterized by a strong service mentality, drive for shaping things, strong communication skills and a leadership mindset.
- You speak fluent German and good English.
- Experience in an international context is advantageous.
