Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields;
- Strong experience as a Scrum Master structuring teams, workflows and processes to deploy the methodology in software development projects in hybrid environments.
- Proven track record of building and maturing agile teams (setting up squads, implementing rituals, metrics and an agile culture);
- Proficient in Scrum and Kanban, with the ability to adapt to hybrid environments (agile + PMO);
- Experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines);
- Clear, empathetic and concise communication; resilience and composure; proactivity and a sense of ownership over processes and results; ability to mediate, negotiate and build consensus; focus on team development and a culture of continuous improvement.
