About the role

• Analista de Planejamento e Performance Pleno at Loggi, reinvention of logistics in Brazil. Engaging in data analysis and operational planning processes to enhance customer delivery performance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and collaborate across all processes involved in the planning pipeline (forecast, capacity, scheduling, time control, variance analysis, etc.) to ensure SLA attainment and the best possible customer experience;
• Be familiar with Loggi’s tools and platform to flag potential incidents;
• Use incident/occurrence records from the operation’s logbook to identify events that impacted results;
• Maintain authoritative control of real-time operations; monitor indicators, instabilities and events through tools to identify situations that may affect customer experience;
• Execute strategies validated by specialists, coordinators and managers and be able to propose new strategies to meet the desired SLA;
• Serve as a bridge between operations, support, quality, strategy and planning via available communication channels to ensure optimal timing for trainings, breaks and other activities;
• Produce monitoring reports with the main operational indicators using customer service management tools to analyze performance deviations and provide inputs for specialists/coordinators to align action plans with operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (completed);
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience;
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills;
• Experience with telephony platforms;
• Knowledge of operational metrics and some business KPIs;
• Analytical profile with experience using data tools;
• Preferred: experience with data analytics platforms (Looker, Power BI, Qlik Sense, etc.);
• Experience leading/ driving projects with business areas;
• Ability to identify opportunities from data analyses and generate actionable insights;
• Ability to develop scripts using Python and SQL;
• Experience developing reports and dashboards.
