Responsibilities

  • Align the candidate profile with the hiring manager;
  • Prepare the job description together with the hiring manager;
  • Advertise/post job openings;
  • Screen and shortlist candidates;
  • Conduct interviews;
  • Administer behavioral assessments;
  • Send the necessary information to relevant departments to finalize the hiring of the selected candidate;
  • Provide feedback to candidates;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Administration;
  • Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes;
  • Experience handling a high volume of operational vacancies;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication to conduct quality interviews;
  • Knowledge of Gupy;
