About the role
- Analista Operacional II managing logistics operations and supporting sales teams at TPC Logística Inteligente. Providing administrative oversight and control of logistics activities in Brazil.
Responsibilities
- Manage payments to logistics service providers;
- Issue invoices in the LINX ERP;
- Monitor carriers' adherence to delivery schedules;
- Support Sales, Retail and Marketing areas with operational requests, such as delivery scheduling and tracking priorities;
- Manage fiscal entries in LINX arising from return processes;
- Record entries in LINX related to Purchasing processes;
- Update operational indicators and SLAs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Administration, Logistics or related fields;
- Intermediate-level Excel;
- Prior experience with administrative processes;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Experience with the LINX ERP is a plus.
