About the role

  • Marketing Analyst leading new product development projects at L'OCCITANE. Collaborating on market trends and competitive mapping while supporting sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects for the development of new products
  • Monitor competitor activity and identify portfolio opportunities
  • Track market trends and generate insights for campaigns
  • Price the product mix and monitor pricing versus the market
  • Present strategic launch materials to key stakeholder areas
  • Direct and align activations with partnership teams
  • Interface with Project, Communications, PR, Trade Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Web, Demand Planning, Commercial/Sales, and Finance teams
  • Work with agencies and partner artists

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications: Advertising, Marketing, Fashion, or related fields
  • Knowledge and experience in new product development and creation
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Preferred: experience in product innovation in the beauty/cosmetics sector
