Responsibilities
Lead projects for the development of new products
Monitor competitor activity and identify portfolio opportunities
Track market trends and generate insights for campaigns
Price the product mix and monitor pricing versus the market
Present strategic launch materials to key stakeholder areas
Direct and align activations with partnership teams
Interface with Project, Communications, PR, Trade Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Web, Demand Planning, Commercial/Sales, and Finance teams
Work with agencies and partner artists
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications: Advertising, Marketing, Fashion, or related fields
Knowledge and experience in new product development and creation
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
Preferred: experience in product innovation in the beauty/cosmetics sector
