Responsibilities
Define and execute Mobi7's commercial and go-to-market strategy, including segmentation, positioning, and customer acquisition, expansion and retention strategies.
Structure and evolve the commercial funnel (pre-sales, inside sales, field sales and post-sales) with a focus on predictability, efficiency and scalability.
Participate in the Product Committee, contributing to the roadmap and solution launches.
Drive customer base growth, maximize recurring revenue and profitability through activation, upsell and cross-sell strategies.
Ensure pipeline governance and excellence in forecasting management.
Lead performance management, individual development plans (IDPs), continuous feedback and high-performance rituals.
Ensure adherence to corporate policies and legal regulations.
Manage strategic clients (key accounts), strengthening relationships and representing the company in critical negotiations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales/commercial management.
Advanced or fluent English.
Advanced MS Office skills.
Knowledge of negotiation techniques.
Knowledge of Fleet Management and Telemetry.
