About the role

  • Gerente de Vendas de Telemetria responsável por definir e executar estratégias comerciais na Localiza&Co. Liderando a gestão de funil comercial e relacionamento com clientes estratégicos em mobilidade sustentável.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute Mobi7's commercial and go-to-market strategy, including segmentation, positioning, and customer acquisition, expansion and retention strategies.
  • Structure and evolve the commercial funnel (pre-sales, inside sales, field sales and post-sales) with a focus on predictability, efficiency and scalability.
  • Participate in the Product Committee, contributing to the roadmap and solution launches.
  • Drive customer base growth, maximize recurring revenue and profitability through activation, upsell and cross-sell strategies.
  • Ensure pipeline governance and excellence in forecasting management.
  • Lead performance management, individual development plans (IDPs), continuous feedback and high-performance rituals.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies and legal regulations.
  • Manage strategic clients (key accounts), strengthening relationships and representing the company in critical negotiations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales/commercial management.
  • Advanced or fluent English.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • Knowledge of negotiation techniques.
  • Knowledge of Fleet Management and Telemetry.
