Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership in sales function and accountability for the performance of multiple direct reports
  • Develop strategic plans and priorities, and align resources as needed
  • Attract, recruit, and retain top talent to build a high-performance sales team
  • Partner with cross-functional leadership team, providing feedback and collaborating on segment-level initiatives
  • Manage multiple professionals, setting organizational priorities, and allocating resources
  • Be accountable for end results, finances, budget, and exercises control over resources, planning, and policy formulation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Successful sales leadership experience in a complex solution or B2B environment
  • Comprehensive understanding of information services industry and sales methodologies
  • Experience working with the Salesforce.com CRM platform
  • Proficient with virtual delivery platforms MS Teams, GoToMeeting, WebEx, and Skype
  • Ability to travel based on customer needs.
