About the role

  • PMO Analyst leading project expansions and managing budgets at Localiza&Co. Engaging cross-functional teams and optimizing project management processes for sustainable mobility.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of expansion projects;
  • Manage the project budget and report variances;
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks;
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders;
  • Develop and present status reports to leadership;
  • Implement and optimize project management processes;
  • Ensure delivery quality in accordance with the expansion playbook;
  • Manage project changes without compromising objectives;
  • Serve as an internal consultant for expansion-related matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in business expansion;
  • Experience with agile and traditional project management methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, Lean);
  • Project management certification preferred (e.g., PMP);
  • Desirable skills in data analysis and tools such as Power BI and SQL.
