About the role

  • Ensure strategic relationships with franchisees, supporting business development in a global beauty group. Monitor satisfaction and implement commercial strategies for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong, strategic relationship with franchisees.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to develop franchisees' businesses, aligned with FVC guidelines.
  • Monitor and ensure franchisee satisfaction, identifying and resolving any issues.
  • Collaborate in the creation and implementation of commercial strategies aligned with the group's goals and objectives.
  • Ensure franchises operate in accordance with FVC guidelines, with clear communication and goal alignment.
  • Analyze targets, results and relevant data to identify growth opportunities and areas requiring attention.
  • Create customized diagnostics for each franchisee, taking into account their needs, region of operation, target audience and other relevant factors.
  • Organize and implement individualized work plans, considering the specific needs of each franchisee and the business.
  • Ensure delivery of activation services and start-up support for new franchisees.
  • Provide franchisees with visibility into their results, targets, cycles and business KPIs (conversion, revenue, activity, etc.).
  • Serve as a bridge between FVC operations and franchisees, seeking solutions for any discrepancies.
  • Promote the expansion of the FVC brand and products in the assigned region, working together with franchisees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed (preferably in Business, STEM or related fields).
  • Proven experience in commercial roles, focused on managing a client portfolio and/or supporting franchisees.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Sheets and Google Slides.
  • Experience with Vizzlo and other analytics or content-creation platforms is a plus.
  • Knowledge of GCP, Tableau and/or Looker.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to organize and structure processes.
