About the role
- Junior Analyst of S&OP connecting Commercial and Supply Chain teams for product launches and phase processes in perfumery operations.
Responsibilities
- Connect Commercial and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment.
- Support product launches and manage phase-in/phase-out execution.
- Facilitate the innovation process in line with global standards.
- Prepare and support IBP forums: Sign-off, S&OE and Supply Review.
- Maintain visibility of the innovation pipeline and key risks.
- Escalate issues and support data-driven decision making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain or related fields.
- Initial experience (internship or entry-level role) in PLM, Supply Chain, Planning or Commercial areas.
- Strong communication skills, demonstrated through cross-functional interactions.
- Analytical skills with hands-on experience using Excel for analysis and reporting.
- Ability to organize, track and follow up on multiple activities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in English for a global business environment (written and spoken).
