About the role

  • PMO managing product development projects for Grupo Boticário. Leading multifunctional teams in an agile environment and ensuring project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment, using data analysis tools to support critical decisions and ensure value delivery;
  • Serve as the focal point for team support and guidance, removing impediments and ensuring schedule flow;
  • Manage the operational routine of the project portfolio, monitoring production capacity, resource efficiency and budget control;
  • Challenge and refine product development stages, promoting continuous improvement and ensuring the end focus remains the user experience;
  • Act as a bridge between Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain, Design, R&D and Production, ensuring synergy across all project interfaces.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields;
  • Experience in project management (experience in cosmetic product development projects is a plus);
  • Desirable knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and management frameworks;
  • Desirable experience with SAP, online project management tools (Jira, Trello or Kanban tools) and Google tools (Google AppSheet, Google Sheets, etc.);
  • Skills in conflict resolution and crisis management of schedules;
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate with different hierarchical levels and technical profiles;
  • Problem-solving orientation and proactivity in dynamic environments;
  • Interpersonal intelligence: ease in building strong relationships and working collaboratively.
